CED Policy Brief, with tagline “Connecting Evidence to Decisions”, is the official policy publication of the College of Education, Isabela State University Echague Main Campus that translates research evidence into practical and actionable policy recommendations. It serves as a platform for faculty members, researchers, students, and education stakeholders to address pressing issues in teacher education, basic education, higher education, educational leadership, curriculum, assessment, and related fields.

Each issue presents concise, evidence-based analyses of emerging educational challenges and offers policy options grounded in rigorous research, national priorities, and global best practices. By making research findings accessible to policymakers, school leaders, educators, and the wider community, the publication bridges the gap between research and decision-making.

Through informed dialogue and evidence-driven recommendations, CED Policy Brief aims to support the development of responsive educational policies, strengthen institutional practices, and contribute to quality, equitable, and sustainable education in the Philippines.

Our Mission: To transform research into policy actions that improve educational systems and outcomes.

Our Vision: To be a trusted source of evidence-based policy insights that empower leaders, educators, and communities to make informed decisions for educational excellence.

The CED Policy brief is published monthly by the Isabela State University- College of Education.
